Natalie Snuggs has over 25 years’ experience teaching children and adults a variety of mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Celtic Meditation is for those who would like to learn meditation within a Celtic Christian context. Spiritual, not religious, this form of meditation is accessible to everyone. Feel free to call Natalie for a chat ahead of attending.
What do I need to know?
Celtic Meditation drop-in sessions - Every Thursday 6:30-7:30pm during term-time. 2 places available for every class. Dates are each Thursday up to 19th Dec apart from 31st Oct (half term) and 21st Nov. 6 week meditation classes may incur a small charge to cover Natalie's insurance and hall hire fees.
