Tai Chi Shibashi is a standing or seated gentle exercise to generate internal energy, restore health and promote a sense of well being. There is also a sit down break during the class for concentration on the breath.
What do I need to know?
Cartref Cynnes: Classes run every Thursday at 4:30 and 5:30pm. Wear loose clothes and flat soled shoes. Please phone Lis to inform her you will be attending a class and paying with Time Credits. Maximum of 6 paying with Time Credits per class.
